Tools for the Pro accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Select Regis Corporation salon concepts have the option to utilize points earned in the salon as another form of payment. You must register and be signed in as a Regis Corporate stylist to view points. Points can be viewed in the Quick Order box on the home page.
Stylists who fail to utilize their points and check out with a credit card can not apply their points to the order later or have a credit issued to their credit card. Please make sure to double check that the payment section is reflected correctly prior to submitting the order. If you are unsure if your salon concept offers points, please contact your District Leader.
All goods purchased on Tools for the Pro are for personal or professional use and not for resale.
Tools for the Pro will not sell these products to any business entity or in bulk to any customer to prevent the possibility of resale through illegitimate channels. If any customer diverts products purchased from Tools for the Pro to illegitimate channels, we will fully cooperate with authorities in any and all investigations.
Returns Procedures for Defective Items
Regis Corporation guarantees all items on Tool for the Pro to be real and authentic.
Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items only. We cannot process returns if ordered incorrectly nor can we perform exchanges for other items. Orders cannot be altered after submission so please make sure that you are purchasing the correct item(s) desired.
All makeup sales are final due to strict hygiene regulations.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be returned to Tools for the Pro within 30 days of receipt. Prior to any return you must contact Tools for the Pro at 1-866-485-6248 for return approval and a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
All items must be returned in full and in the original box. For example, if you return a pair of shears that included a free notching shear and case with an iron, those items must be returned as well. The items must be clean and free from hair.
The Incentive Department reserves the right to deny credit if the above specified criteria is not fulfilled.
After 30 days from receipt, please refer to the manufacturer warranty instructions.
If the manufacturer requires proof of purchase, go to the Order History link within the Quick Order box to view & download a receipt.
All orders under $74.99 will incur a shipping charge of $7.50. There will be no shipping charges for all orders over $75.00.
If shipping to a store or place of business the name of the business MUST be included in the shipping address. UPS charges for orders that need to be intercepted due to missing suite number, missing building name, business name, or incorrect address. Charges may be up to $30.00 per parcel and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico have a surcharge of $6.00. Orders going to Canada have a border fee of $15.00. This is in addition to any applicable regular shipping charges (no exceptions).
The shipping table can be viewed during the check out process.
Regis can not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes. Please make sure the shipping address provided is a physical street address so there is no delay in receiving your order.
Any orders received under a PO Box or APO Box will be cancelled and not ship. A new order with a physical street address will need to be resubmitted to receive item(s).
For orders shipping within the continental US, please plan on 5 - 7 business days for receipt of goods. Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico please plan on 7 - 10 business days.
You will receive an email after your order is placed with the shipping and tracking information on your order.
Cancelled Orders or Items
Tools for the Pro orders or an individual item on an order may be cancelled. Reasons for cancelled orders or items include (but are not limited to): Shipping to PO or APO boxes, out of stock item(s), credit card rejection, lack of points to fulfill order, or discontinued item(s).
If you receive an email stating your order or an item on your order has been cancelled, please email email@example.com for more information. Please make sure to include your name and order number within the email.
To track an order, go to the Order History link found within the Quick Order box. Click on the web order number to view order details and find tracking information. Click on the tracking number provided to view the estimated delivery date.
Leave of Absence
Regis Corporation stylists on leave can not order on Tools for the Pro. Please contact 1.866.485.6248 with any questions.
