Returns & Refund Procedures

Regis Corporation guarantees all items on Tool for the Pro to be real and authentic.

  • We cannot process returns if ordered incorrectly nor can we perform exchanges for other items.
    • Orders cannot be altered after submission so please make sure that you are purchasing the correct item(s) desired
    • Damaged, defective and missing items must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
      • After 30 days from receipt, please refer to the manufacturer warranty instructions.
        • If the manufacturer requires proof of purchase, go to the My Orders section of Account Dashboard. Once the order is located, click on the order number, then print.
        • Prior to any return you must contact Tools for the Pro at for return approval and a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.

          • Reason for the return
          • Have they been opened / used?
  • Restocking Fee
    • Product may be returned to Regis within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a credit, less the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee on the total cost of returned items.
  • Returned Items
    • All items must be returned in full and in the original box.
    • For example, if you return a pair of shears that included a free notching shear and case with an iron, those items must be returned as well.
    • The items must be clean and free from hair.
  • Returns Process
    • A return label will be emailed to the account holders email address after approval.
    • Credit will be issued upon return to shipping origin and confirmation items are received.
      • The original card used for payment will be credited accordingly.

Tools for the Pro reserves the right to deny credit if the above specified criteria are not fulfilled.
